Sixty secrets examined the idea of shame and secret-keeping. Lead as a material lends itself well to the theme in that it is heavy and toxic but paradoxically can also be used to protect. Secrets were collected anonymously online and every secret shared was used. Plaques were created as a way of memorialising the secret. A limited edition of artists books containing the secrets was also created using letterpress. The laborious and time consuming process of hammering and printing the secrets mirrored the psychological work needed to keep or process the secrets
